Passengers booking flight tickets with lostfares.com are subject to the following terms and conditions

  1. The total price shown includes all applicable taxes and our fees. Your credit card may be billed in multiple charges totaling the booking amount.
  2. All bookings and fares are not guaranteed until ticketed by the supplier.
  3. All tickets booked through lostfares.com are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  4. Please make sure to thoroughly check the details once you receive the booking confirmation as lostfares will not be responsible for any such errors.
  5. Traveler’s names must match government-issued photo IDs exactly to avoid being denied boarding and/or paying a correction fee.
  6. Prices may not include baggage fees or other fees charged directly by the airline. Free baggage allowance is only provided to the applicable itineraries, varying according to the routes and the class of service. Please connect with the airlines directly for the most recent updates regarding the baggage allowance, weight, and dimensions of bags.
  7. Please note that it is the passenger’s responsibility to have all the required documents. lostfares is not responsible for the VISA formalities. Please consult the relevant embassy or to consulate for this information.
  8. Health Recommendation: - Recommended inoculations for travel may change at any time. It is the passengers' responsibility to ensure that they receive all recommended inoculations, take all necessary medication, and follow all medical advice concerning the trip.
  9. Insurance / Travel Insurance: - The company strongly recommends that the client takes out adequate travel insurance via a third-party insurance company to get the tickets insured.
  10. Changes: - We can accommodate any change request for which you will have to pay an amendment fee of USD 50.00 per booking plus the airline's change fee and the fare difference (if any). We will not be able to cater for any change request, if it is not permitted as per the fare rules.
  11. Cancellation: - All tickets are refundable if canceled within 24 hours of purchase with a minimal service fee payable. After 24 hours, the tickets are completely non-refundable. Any airline refunds/future credits are subject to each airline's fare rules, policies, and procedures.
  12. Force Majeure:- We accept no responsibility and shall not be liable in respect of any loss, damage, alterations, delays or changes arising from unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, such as war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute including air traffic control disputes, terrorist activity, natural & nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, technical problems with transport, closure or congestion of airports or ports, cancellation of schedules by scheduled airlines. Refund Policy for Lost Fares

  • Full refund available for most tickets if canceled within 24 hours of booking.
2. After 24 Hours
  • Refunds are subject to airline policies and fare rules.
  • Non-refundable tickets may be eligible for airline credit, minus fees.
3. Refund Requests
  • Submit in writing with a booking reference number.
  • Processing time: typically 7-10 business days after approval.
4. Fees
  • Lost Fares charges a non-refundable processing fee.
  • Airlines may charge additional fees.
5. Special Circumstances
  • Airline-initiated changes may allow refunds on non-refundable tickets.
  • Policies may adjust for extraordinary events (e.g., natural disasters).
